Exchange Policy
At Autumn Designs, your satisfaction means everything to us! While we do not offer returns, we are happy to provide exchanges under certain conditions.
We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged, or if you're simply not satisfied with your purchase. If you'd like to exchange your item for the same product or select a different one, please reach out to us at autumn@autumndesigns.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or reason for the exchange request.
Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
